2 pork chops - cut into thin strips1 red bell pepper in strips1 onion sliced3 tablespoons flour2 tsp Chinese five spice1 small can of manderins1.5 cups of Basmati rice
mis flour and five spice together in a bowl , toss pork into this and coat. Remove pork and brown with a little oil on a hot pan, Toss pepper and onion in the remaining flour mix and add all to pan. Pour 200mls hot water to pan and stir - add more if sauce is too thick.Add half the juice from can of manderins and the manderins . Season to taste. Serve with rice . . . . very quick, easy and tasty !
