Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 4 largeOnions, raw, 6 medium (2-1/2" dia) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp*Swad Ginger & Garlic Paste, 10 gram(s) Salt, 2 tsp Pepper powderturmericCoriander leaves green pepper
Directions
Heat the oil and add thin cut onions and let them get soft. Once soft then add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and trumeric and mix it well. Add green peppers and coriander leaves and mix it well. Add eggs to it now and mix it lightly. let it sit for few min and remove it and serve it with roti.
