Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Drumstick, 3 drumstick, bone and skin removed (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 small (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream), 1.5 cup (remove)Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .5 cup (remove)Clubhouse Tuscan Chicken Seasoning, 28 gram(s) (remove)*Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
All You DoLightly coat chicken in flour, reserving 2 tsp (10 mL). Heat oil in large skillet over med-hi heat. Brown chicken, 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Add vegetables to pan. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir in reserved flour. Stir in cream and seasoing. Bring to a boil. Stir in spinach.

Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Serve over cooked pasta or mix in rice.
