Cheesy Chicken, Brown Rice, and Veggie Casserole

Ingredients
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1/2 cup brown rice1/4 cup water1 cup Great Value Mixed Vegetables (frozen)1/4 tsp. onion powder2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
Directions

Stir soup, rice, veggies, and onion powder in a baking dish
Top with chicken (season as desired)
Top with cheese
Cover and bake at 375 for 80-90 ins.

White rice can be substituted for brown rice. Reduce the cooking time to 45 mins.

Makes 2 servings.
