1/4 C ground flax meal1 t. Baking powder1 egg1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 tsp. butter or oil
Directions
mix ingredients in a coffee mug, microwave for two minutes.
Variations: Add cocoa powder, vanilla, one pkt Stevia, or herbs.
Add italian seasonings
