Coffee-Rubbed Steak

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp ground coffee1/2 tbsp chili powder1 lb low fat flank or skirt steak2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
mix everything and coat steak. cook on grill, grill pan, or cast iron skillet for about 4 min on each side (depending on thickness) then let rest 5 min on a plate before cutting across the grain. goes great with pico de gallo and a squeeze of lime.
