Grilled Tomato With Cheese

Ingredients
1 Medium tomato1/2 tsp Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese1/4 Cup Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese1/4 tsp BasilDash Of Pepper
Directions
~Cut tomato in half.
~Put half of each ingredient on each tomato slice in this order:
~Olive Oil
~Parmesan Cheese
~Mozzarella Cheese
~Basil
~Pepper
~Grill or broil about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
~One whole tomato per serving. Make as many as you need! :)
