agassifan roasted carrots

Ingredients
4 large carrots (chunked into 1" pieces)2 tsp olive oil1 tsp garlic, minced2 tsp ground ginger (or cinnamon, 5 spice, whatever)dash sea salt
Directions
mix garlic and oil, add carrots and coat with oil, place on a foil lined baking pan and sprinkle with spice (add salt after carrots are cooked).

Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees...stirring once after 20 minutes. Bake until fork tender and looking a LITTLE shriveled on the outside.

Eat it all for 215 calories!
