Spicy Tuna Patties

Ingredients
2 cans of 5 oz tuna in water1 celery stalk2 eggsSaltPepperSriracha (Tia chili sauce) I use 3 dots per can for mild and work my way up to my level with each batch3/4 cup Italian style panko
Directions
Mix all ingredents add the panko in small batches until you get the desired texture. It will be just a little looser than meat loaf. Heat non stick skillet to medium (use pam if you like). Spoon mixture onto pan and press. I found that keeping them slider size helps to keep them from falling apart. Makes 8 sliders
