Full On BROWNIES

Ingredients
1 stick plus 2 tbs butter6 tbs. cocoa1 cup sugarA dash of salt1 tsp vanilla extract2 eggs3/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
Directions
Melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar, cocoa, salt and vanilla. Beat eggs slightly and whisk into mixture. Stir in flour.

Pour into a square glass baking dish (prepared with oil spray)--8X8 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting into 16 squares. Makes 16 servings.
