prepackaged 12 oz iceberg salad mix, 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves (chopped), 15 baby carrots (chopped), 1/3 cup chickpeas, 1/3 cup raisins, 1 1/2 medium tomatoes (chopped to bite size pieces), 4 stalks celery (chopped), med. yellow onion (chopped)
Layer prepackaged salad in large bowl. Top with spinach. Top with chickpeas, tomatoes, raisins, carrots, onions, and celery. May be lightly tossed or served as a layered salad. Note: if tossed, the peas and raisins fall to the bottom.
