Grilled Orange Ginger Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 lb boneless pork loinMarinade1/2 cup orange juice (I use freshly squeezed)zest from one orange1 tbsp soya sauce - low sodium2" piece of ginger - grated (about 1 tbsp)1 garlic clove - minced (about 1 tsp)
Directions
Mix together all ingredients for the marinade. Add pork. I use a plastic bag to marinade, but you can use a shallow dish.
Let marinade for at least 2 hours, better if left overnight.
Grill.
Great served with rice or noodles.
