Spinach and feta filo pastry

tablespoon of oilmed onion choppedquarter cup of pinenuts4 cups of spinach washed and roughly chopped200 grams of feta cheese crumbled2 eggs beatenhalf teaspoon of nutmegtespoon of thymequarter teaspoon pepper10 sheets of filo pastry
This makes 6 sevings/wedges of a large shallow quiche dish.
In a pan heat oil and saute onions, add pinenuts and thymes till the smells are sweet and heavey.
In a large bowl mix the spinach, feta. Add nutmeg, eggs and pepper and mix thoroughly. Then mix the onions and pinenuts through.
Line the quiche dish with 7 sheets of the filo pastry. fill with the spinach mix. and cover with the remaining filo sheets. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
