Ingredients
12 oz cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)1 c onion3 cloves garlic minced1 can green chili peppers diced2 t ground cumin1 t oregano leaves32 oz fat free chicken broth42 oz canned navy beans, rinsed & drained
Directions
I use canned chicken breast and put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 3 hours. Or you can do it on stove top and simmer for 30 min. Either way, there both good.
