Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated Garlic, 1 clove Chicken Broth, 14.5 fl oz Water, tap, .25 cup Salt, .25 tsp *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup uncookedPeas, frozen, 1 cup Parsley, dried, 2 tbspMrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp
In pot heat oil over heat. Add onion, carrots and garlic; cook stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Add broth, water, salt and Mrs. Dash; bring to a boil. Stir in rice and parsely; return to a boil. Ruduce heat to slow and simmer until rice is tender and most liquid is absorbed. Add peas last five minutes of cook time.
