Amazing BBQ Salmon, Pinenut and Arugula Pizza on Naan Bread

Ingredients
2pieces Tandorri Naan Flat Bread (ready to eat)2Tbsp BBQ sauce1/2C Baby Arugula Salad Mix (or other spring salad mix)1/4C artichoke hearts drained (use hearts canned in water NOT oil)1/2Tbsp Pine Nuts (chopped)5 Mini Fresh Mozzarella Ball1/4C Smoked Wild Salmon 1 Fresh Mushroom (finely sliced) a pinch of Italian Herbs
Directions
make 2 Individual Entree Pizzas

Preheat oven to 375.

place the naan breads on a pizza stone of baking sheet.
put a tbsp of BBQ sauce on each naan.
cut each of the little mozzarella balls into 4 piece
add all toppings evenly over each pizza, putting the cheese on last.

bake at 375 for 10 -12 minutes or until done
