2 ea. 14 oz. cans Swanson 99% Fat Free Beef Broth2 ea. 14.5 oz. cans Hunt's Diced Tomatoes w/Basil, Garlic and Oregano1 c. Frozen corn1 c. Frozen peas1 c. Frozen green beans1 t. Oregano1 t. Basil1 t. Italian seasoning2 t. Garlic (or amount to taste)1 c. Dry Small Shell Pasta (or any kind)You can also add 1# browned ground beef, but be sure to add the nutritional information for that.
Put the cans of diced tomatoes into your blender and puree the tomatoes.
Add all ingredients, except pasta and simmer covered for 45 minutes.
Add pasta and simmer until done (15-20 minutes).
Makes 8 servings of 1 cup each.
