Beef Stew - Crock Pot

2.5 Lbs. Beef2 Carrot3 Potatoes3 Stalks Celery2 Cloves Garlic1 Onion1 Lb. Mushrooms3 Beef Bullion Cubes2 Tbsp Worcestershire1 Bay Leaf½ Tsp Paprika1 Tsp Salt¼ Tsp Pepper
Directions:
Peel and chop all veggies. Trim excess fat from beef, cut into 1-2 inch cubes. Place beef and all veggies into slow cooker, mix together.
Mix beef bullion cubes in two cups warm water until dissolved. Pour bullion mixture, Worcestershire, bay leaf, paprika, salt and pepper to cooker. The liquid should almost cover ingredients, but not completely. Adjust water level if necessary.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
