Turkey Bacon, celery, carrots, red beans & rice, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, chicken broth, corn, shallots, mushrooms
I completely guessed on the number of serviings; I did it based on 6 bowls, but it is probably closer to 8 bowls. Just throw all the ingredients into a crock pot and let cook for as long as you want. We started in the morning and will let cook for 6-7 hours. Feel free to add any ingredients you want.
