Salmon Salad/sandwich filling

Ingredients
1 small can Western Family pink salmon (213g)1 stalk celery, diced fine1 bunch green onions, chopped fine1 small dill pickle chopped finea few squirts lemon juice (.25 oz)2 Tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Lightdill and ground black pepper to taste.
Directions
Sprinkle lemon juice, dill and black pepper over salmon in a medium size bowl. Mix to combine. Stir in Miracle Whip. Fold in chopped celery, onion and pickle. Serve on a bed of torn lettuce, garnish with avocado and tomato slices, or use as sandwich filling. Makes 3 servings.
