Cinch Lunch/ Dinner: Fresh Mozarella Basil Pizzalad

Ingredients
1 C field greens1 plum tomato1/2 whole wheat pita, sliced along the edge1 oz fresh mozarella cheese1 Tbsp Olive oil1/2 tsp minced garlic6-8 basil leaves1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
bake pita in a 450 degree oven and bake until crisp. Toss greens with balsamic vinegar. Top pita with garlic, tomato, basil, mozzarella. Bake some more. Remove, cover with the greens, drizzle with olive oil.
