Jawla (Spicy Dried Prawns)

Ingredients
100 gms dried prawns1 medium onion chopped1 large tomato chopped3 green chillies1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste1 tsp garam masalared chilli powder1 tbsp lime juice1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
Directions
soak dried prawns and wash thoroughly
heat oil and fry onions until soft
add ginger garlic paste and minced green chillies
saute for 3-4 min
add tomatoes and prawns, cook 5-10 min until tomatoes are cooked well
stir in salt, garam masala, red chilli, lime juice and coriander leaves and serve with chapati/phulka
