1lb Ground Beef3/4 Cup Celery3/4 Cup Onion1 1/4 Cup Water1/2 Cup Rice1 Can Chicken with Rice Soup1 Tbl Brown Sugar3 Tbl Soy Sauce1 tsp Margarine
Directions
Brown ground beef with celery and onion. Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer. Serve with Chow Mein Noodles
