Steel Cut Oats in the crockpot

Ingredients
1 cup GF steel cut oats4 cups water2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt
Directions
Throw all ingredients in the crock pot and let cook on low for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally and adding more water if necessary until it reaches the desired consistency.

I eat a bowl of this with fresh blueberries and drizzled with honey.
