Ground Chicken Ranch Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Chicken2 tbsp. Mild Salsa2 tbsp. Fat Free Ranch Dressing2 tbsp. Plain Bread crumbs2 tbs. Green pepper & onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together. Put mixture into loaf pan.
Bake for 45-60 minutes, until done.

( I did sprinkle shredded a small amt. of cheese on top and bake an extra 5 minutes----cheese not included in calorie count)
