Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Spinach, fresh, 2 cup Garlic, 1 cloveWater, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Walnuts, 1.5 oz (14 halves)Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil,Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cupYams, 1 cupFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, 6 tbspEdamame, 0.5 cup Atlantic Salmon (fish), 4 oz Lentils, 2 cup Chick Peas, 1 cupSalt to tasteI also add a hot pepper mix to spice it up a bit more
Directions
I eat about 1 cup per serving with flavored mini-rice cakes. Add 2 mini dark chocolate bars and you are set. It's very filling and VERY good for you!
