Ingredients
No Yolk Extra Broad Noodles, 12 oz 1 Jar Classico Pasta Sauce Mushroom & OlivesGreat Value Italian Diced Tomatoes, 411 gram(s) Great Value Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, 15.25 oz Great Value Mild Cheddar shredded, 4 cup Mushroom, pieces & stems, Canned, 13.25 oz Ripe Olives, canned [1 can] Great Value, 6 oz onion raw large, 1 serving100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive oil, 4 tbsp 99% Lean Ground Turkey, 8 oz
Directions
Chop onion, saute in 3 Tbs. olive oil, season ground turkey and brown with onions. Add drained mushrooms. Pour Classico Pasta Sauce ( add 1 jar water to rinse pasta jar), canned tomatoes (add 1/2 can water to rinse tomato can), corn drained. Let simmer. Drain olives and slice in half. Add to pasta mixture. Add 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese and let this all simmer while water for noodles comes to a boil.

Cook noodles and drain.

Add sauce and noodles together and divide into 2 pyrex baking dishes. (1 - 13X9X2 and 1 - 8X8)

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese evenly over the pasta and bake. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 24 - 1 cup servings or 12 -2 cup servings.

Remove from oven and serve.

** After pasta cools, I then divide into plastic containers and freeze. When I am ready to eat, I thaw, put into microwavable dish and cook in microwave.
