* Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, large (remove) * Cheddar Cheese, .66 cup, shredded (remove) * Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove) * Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 cans (remove) * Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove) * Radishes, .5 cup slices (remove) * Celery, raw, 6 stalks (remove) * Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove) * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove) * *Best Foods Light Mayonaise, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime, 2 tbsp (remove) * Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove) * *Dairyland Sour Cream Light, 3/4 cu (remove)
in layers:
1) lettuce on bottom
2) then rest of vegetables: radishes, carrots, celery, peas, pepper
3) Then tuna (drained)
4) then egg (sliced)
5) then add dressing to the top of each salad - don't mix if making before!
can make individually - do each layer in 4 separate tupperwares
Dressing:
Mix soucream, mayonaise, salt, pepper, dill (or basil), lime juice together.
