Ingredients
1 lb. Beef Stew Meat4 lg. potatoes, quartered or more1 onion, quarteredcarrots, 2 cups, diced or use baby carrotscelery, 2 cups, diced1 cup Barley1 40 oz box Beef Broth1/4 cup flourminced garlicNatures Seasoning to tasteBay leaf, Optional
Directions
Pour broth in crockpot & stir flour until smooth. Add all other ingredients in crockpot & cook on med or high (depends on your crockpot) for about 8 hours. NOTE: If using quick barley, DO NOT ADD until 30-45 minutes before serving.
