1 Bone-In Pork Chop (Thick Cut)Olive Oil Spray (or EVOO)Salt (to taste)Pepper (to taste)
Spray pork chop with Olive Oil spray or lightly coat with EVOO. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes (depending on thickness). Keep in mind the pork will continue to cook even after it is removed from the grill. Remove chops and tent with foil. Allow chops to sit for approximately 5 minutes. Makes one serving.
