1/2 cup frozen berries1/2 cup orange juice 1 - serving Danone Silhouette 0+ yogurt (optional)1 Tbsp. hemp hearts1 Tbsp. ground flax2 Tbsp. soya protien powder
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender or 'Magic Bullit' and blend at high speed for one minute.
Makes 1 serving.
