Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
635g Extra Lean Maple Leaf Ground Turkey2 Slices Oven Joy Whole Wheat Bread ( toasted and blended into bread crumbs) 1 Large Egg4 tsp Minced GarlicBasil, Smoked Paprika, Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 34 1" Meatballs

Crumble meat into a bowl.
Toast bread. Then blend in blender or food processor to form crumbs. Add to Meat.

Add eggs and spices into mixture.

Combine well by hand. Form into 1 inch balls.

Place a cooling rack on a cookie sheet and put meatballs on cooling rack. Excess fat will drip down into the cookie sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 F
