1 lb. Lean Ground Beef10 Ritz Crackers (5 crushed in meat mixture, 5 crushed to dip patties in)1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce1 TBS Dale's Sauce1 Egg1 tsp minced garlicSalt and Pepper to tasteExtra Virgin Olive Oil to saute in
Directions
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in frying pan
Crush 10 ritz crackers (or any variety you like)
Mix Remaining Ingredients in a bowl
Pat 5 compact patties
Dip in Ritz crackers
Place in hot oil and cook about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through with a crispy shell
