Ingredients:*Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional, 2 cup (remove)*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 6 oz (remove)*carlita enchilada seasoning mix, 3 tsp (remove)*Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 6 tbsp (remove)*Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.5 cup (remove)
Brown turkey with enchilada seasoning. add whatever other seasonings that you like to taste. Get a small loaf pan and start the first layer with refried beans. Second layer is salsa. Pour ground turkey on top and cover with shredded cheese. place in oven to heat through for about 10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Enjoy!
