Ingredients
1 Left over broiled skinless chicken breast. Diced.1/2 cup of diced onions and bell pepper (any variety).2 medium button mushrooms diced.1 Roma or medium tomatoe diced.1TBSP of I can't Believe it's not Butter Light Spread.1/2 cup of left over cooked rice.4 medium Mission Life balance Soft taco tortillas wheat.
Directions
In a skillet melt "its not butter spread" over medium heat
Add in diced ingredients and Rice.
Heat through and serve with tortillas.
Makes 2 to 4 servings and is tasty as can be.
