1 Mountain Bread Oat (or Rye) Wrap2 Tbsp Hummus1oz or 0.25c roasted peppers (rinsed & drained if in oil)1oz or 0.25c artichoke heart chopped (rinsed and drained)1oz or 30g low fat Feta Cheese
Makes 1 wrap. Rinse and drain the peppers and artichoke heart. Chop them up. Spread hummus on the mountain bread wrap, top with veggies. If using, crumble feta on top. Roll and enjoy.
