Ingredients
***Oven Pancake***2 tablespoons reduced calorie margarine2 large eggs, lightly beaten1/2 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup flour***Maple Butter***1/2 cup reduced-calorie margarine, softened1/4 cup no-carb maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place margarine in 9-inch pie dish and melt in oven.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredi­ents. Pour into pie dish and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.

For Maple Butter: In a mixer bowl, beat margarine until fluffy. Gradually add maple syrup, beating until well-mixed and light.
