Chai Tea Latte (brewed, non-fat)

1 to 2 Bags Spiced Chai (black tea)1 cup non-fat milk2 packets of Splenda (or Sucralose, or other preferred sweetner)1 cup hot water
Serving size is 1 large cup of tea.
(1) Warm milk in the microwave (or steamed) for 80 to 99 seconds depending on desired temperature and your microwave
(2) Boil filtered water in a tea kettle
(3) Place (2) packets of Splenda (or your sweetener of choice) in the cup with the milk
(4) Add the tea bag to the cup
(5) Fill the cup with nearly boiling water
(6) Let sit for 5 minutes
(7) Enjoy!
