Ingredients
20 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground TurkeySummer Squash, 2 small, sliced Zucchini, baby, 2 medium, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 8 oz, sliced 14.5 oz Can - Stewed TomatoesSpice World Minced Garlic, 2 tsp Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia), choppedOlive Oil, Extra Virgin, 3 tbs
Directions
In large pot sautee onions and garlic.
Add ground turkey and brown
Add remaining fresh veggies and stewed tomotoes.
Simmer, covered until veggies are tender.

Makes 6 servings of yummy stew, tastes even better with a dusting of parmesan cheese.
