* Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * Cabbage, fresh, 0.25 cup, shredded * Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped * Carrots, raw, 0.25 cup, grated * Garlic, 4 tsp * Garlic, 4 tsp * Salt, 0.50 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 dash * *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well and beat for a minute. Serve with hot or cold cuts. can be eaten just by itself as well.
