1 Large Egg1/2 Cup Egg BeatersTrader Joe's sweet apple chicken sausage chopped up2 oz. low fat (or fat free if you have it, this is calculated w/ low fat) feta cheese4 medium mushrooms chopped up
Directions
Chop mushrooms and sausage. Add all ingredients into fry pan and scramble away!
