Ingredients
1 cup butter margarine blend1 cup brown sugar1 cup white sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 cup rolled oats1 cup cocomut
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Roll into balls and flaten. "Bake at 325 F for 8 minutes. Makes 42 cookies, one cookie per serving.

    These are very tasty...however there's no way I was getting 42! I got about 30 and the first batch when pressed flat, ran into each other.Second batch didn't get flatten and didn't run out much.DON'T FLATTEN!...very good. - 5/25/11

    The taste is wonderful, but they thinned and ran into each other while baking. I ended up with one very thin cookie. - 4/3/11
