Joeys Breaded Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
1lb skinless chicken breasts.5 cups croutons seasoned ground 1 clove garlic4 slices of med. mushrooms.5 cup kraft mozzarella fat free.5 cup healthy choice traditional pasta sauce
Directions
makes 2 servings= 1 chicken breast each.. with roughly same amount of moz./ crouton mix

preheat oven to 350
grind .5cups croutons in processor
1 garlic clove with the croutons
4 slices of a med. sized mushroom

put into bowl

mix with .5 mozzarella cheese
coat chicken evenly in oven safe dish
cook
heat up pasta sauce for how ever many servings. 1 serving .5 cups... 2 servings 1 cup
let stand for 5 min
put .5 cups of pasta sauce over 1 chicken breast
enjoy
