Ingredients
1 small pork tenderloin1 large egg1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs1/4 cup chopped onionsSpices to taste
Directions
Beat pork very thin. Beat egg and soak pork in it. Coat with breadcrumbs and flour, then with spices of your choice. Cook in frying pan until brown.
