Ingredients
2 cans no salt Tomato Paste1/2 cup 100% Pineapple Juice1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar5 cloves of Galic (minced)1/2 cup chopped Onion3 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke12 ounces No Salt, MSG free Chicken or Vegetable Broth1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper1/3 cup Brown Sugar SplendaPepper to Taste
Directions
1. Saute chopped Onion adn Galic in pan with a little broth.
2. Add all other ingredients (except juice) . Simmer.
3. Blend ingredients with pinapple juice.
Stores in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.
