Eggs N Oat - cheese variation

2 large eggs, fresh uncooked3/4 cup All Whites Liquid Egg Whites (Crystal Farms)1/2 cup Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal1/4 Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1/4 cup Milk, 2%, .23/4 ounce (.7) Swiss Cheese, grated
Make two large servings
Mix all ingredients together in bowl, like making scrambled eggs. Spray skillet, or use non-stick, and scramble eggs to desired doneness.
For this variation, we topped with salsa, and served with sliced tomato and Ezekial toast - not in the calculation.
