Coconut flour Zucchini muffins

Ingredients
3 eggs1 pot cinnamon applesauce2 tbsp butter5 tbsp coconut flourFew drops of stevia1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 cup shredded zucchini1/4 cup walnuts chopped
Directions
Blend all but the last 2 ingredients.
Stir in zucchini and walnuts
Bake 19 minutes at 375 F
Makes 6 muffins
