Tangy Cottage Chicken

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 cup cottage cheese1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurtlemon juice to tasteMinced onionDill seasoning
Directions
Thaw chicken, cook on medium heat in a skillet with onion, dill and splash of lemon juice to taste, until done.
Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, and more lemon juice. Add dill if desired.
Spoon out individual portions of the cheese mixture onto plates. Lay the chicken into the cheese, sprinkle with any leftover onion from the pan and other spices to taste.
