Sesame Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 portions br. rice (1/2 c. uncooked)2 portions lean gr. beef (1/2 lb)1 Tbs. toasted sesame oil2 cloves garlic, minced3 green onions, sliced1 c. broccoli slaw1 c. napa cabbage, shredded1 Tbs. lite soy sauceCrushed red pepper flakes, to taste.
Directions
1. prepare brown rice
2. while rice is cooking - brown ground beef. Remove from skillet.
3. Heat sesame oil in skillet. Add garlic & gr. onions; stir fry for 2 min. Add broccoli slaw & cabbage. Stir fry 2 min. Add rice & soy. 2 more minutes.
4. Return cooked gr. beef to skillet. Season with red pepper flakes, to taste.
