1 12 oz. package of Jumbo Shells, uncooked4 cups Ricotta Cheese, low-fat milk2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, low-fat milk3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese2 lg eggs1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley3/4 tsp dried oregano leaves1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper3 cups spaghetti sauce25 Meatballs
Heat oven to 350 F. Cook pasta according to package directions. Combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. In a 13x9x2-inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup sauce. Fill each cooked shell with about 2 Tbsp cheese mixture and one meatball. Layer one-half filled shells in prepared baking dish; spread one-half remaining sauce over shells. Layer remaining filled cheese, if desired. Cover with foil. Bake 35 minutes or until hat and bubbly.
